Alpine roots. Asian soul. Two weeks off the beaten track. From October 19 to 30, top Swiss chef Michaela Frank cooks her way into the heart of the Ahrntal/Valle Aurina – blending South Tyrol’s regional flavors with the aromas of her family history in Shanghai.
For the occasion, culinary chef Berni Aichner opens the doors of PRENN° to her. New every evening, different every evening: a menu that never repeats itself.

OLM is awarded the certificate for sustainability in tourism: the GSTC certification. The label is awarded by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council and is recognised as an international guarantee for sustainable tourism. This is accompanied by the IDM Sustainable Level 3 certificate.

OLM has received the KlimaHaus A certification. During construction, we not only paid attention to energy efficiency, but also to the environmental impact and the health and well-being of the residents. Other aspects relate to sustainable water management, indoor air quality and a healthy indoor climate, as well as the use of natural daylight.
