The price does not include the local tax of € 3.40, which must be paid directly on site at the end of the stay per person and day (from 14 years).
Deposit
By paying a deposit of 30% of the room rate and sending our reservation confirmation, the booking becomes binding.

Cancellation conditions
According to the Italian consumer protection code (Art. 1382 ZGB), there is no right of cancellation. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following conditions:
- Up to 21 days before arrival: free cancellation
- From 21 to 7 days before arrival: Retention of 50% of the accommodation price
- From 7 days before arrival, late arrival, non-arrival (no show) or early departure: Retention of 90% of the accommodation price
- You can rebook or cancel your reservation in writing up to 10 days before your planned arrival. The downpayment already made will be converted into a transferrable voucher that does not expire and can be redeemed at a later date. We will retain your deposit.
- We also recommend that you take out OLM travel insurance for just € 3.00 per adult per day to avoid cancellation costs entirely.
In order to maintain the discreet level of privacy and peace, access to our house is only permitted to guests with a confirmed booking.
Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 15:00 on the day of arrival
Check-out: by 10:00 on the day of departure
Late check-out: subject to availability for a surcharge of € 60.00 per ApartSuite
Pets
Dogs and other pets are also welcome in our Eco Aparthotel in South Tyrol. Without food, we charge € 25.00 per animal and day. Dog equipment is available on request.
