Cancellation conditions
According to the Italian consumer protection code (Art. 1382 ZGB), there is no right of cancellation. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following conditions:
- Up to 21 days before arrival: free cancellation
- From 21 to 7 days before arrival: Retention of 50% of the accommodation price
- From 7 days before arrival, late arrival, non-arrival (no show) or early departure: Retention of 90% of the accommodation price
- We also recommend that you take out OLM travel insurance for just € 3.00 per person per day to avoid cancellation costs entirely.
In order to maintain the discreet level of privacy and peace, access to our house is only permitted to guests with a confirmed booking.

Check-in: from 15:00 on the day of arrival
Check-out: by 10:00 on the day of departure
Late check-out: subject to availability for a surcharge of € 65.00 per ApartSuite
Pets
Bringing dogs is allowed upon request and for an additional fee.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we can only allow a limited number of dogs at the same time. Please let us know already at the time of booking if your dog will be joining you – thank you for your understanding.
To make sure your stay – as well as that of your furry companion and of our guests without dogs – remains relaxed and harmonious, we have defined a few house rules. You will receive them upon arrival.
Please note: the owner is liable for any damages. We therefore assume that every dog is covered by liability insurance.

The Eco Apartsuites at OLM Nature Escape offer high-quality furnishings with a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living area and modern bathroom. The Eco Apartsuites S and L have a separate area that can be used as a workspace or an additional sleeping area. They also feature a balcony or terrace, natural materials such as larch wood and, in some cases, a private sauna (with panoramic views).
At OLM Nature Escape, you can choose between bed and breakfast or no fixed board at all. In the morning, a regional, sustainable breakfast awaits you. During the day and in the evening, you enjoy complete freedom: cook in your suite or have dinner at the Prenn Restaurant with changing culinary theme nights – entirely at your own pace.
Self-catering at the OLM Nature Escape aparthotel means maximum freedom: every Eco Apartsuite has a fully equipped kitchen. In the small shop, you will find selected, long-life products from the region (e.g. pasta or pasta sauce). Alternatively, you can enjoy culinary theme nights at the Prenn Restaurant or discover restaurants and local shops in the area.
Yes, the Eco Apartsuites at OLM Nature Escape are consistently designed with sustainability in mind. Natural materials such as local larch wood are used, combined with an ecological building concept and energy-efficient furnishings – for a healthy indoor climate and an environmentally conscious holiday.
Yes, all Eco Apartsuites have a private balcony or terrace with views of the mountains or of the garden with pool.
Yes, in addition to the Eco Apartsuites, OLM Nature Escape also has a few double rooms. They are deliberately minimalist and, unlike the suites, have no kitchen or private sauna.
Yes, final cleaning is included at OLM Nature Escape. For stays of 6 nights or more, one intermediate cleaning (excluding the kitchenette) is also included.
