The name
PRENN° is the place where culinary events happen, and which takes its name from the former Prennhof. That is now also part of OLM. The name PRENN° was also inspired by the traditional fireplace, the so-called “hot spot”. People have always met there to eat and socialise.
Breakfast
Start the day with a good conscience. Hand-picked, local and regional products with a high organic content await you in your aparthotel with breakfast, as well as fresh bread from the South Tyrolean natural bakery Profanter and freshly brewed Kuntrawant espresso from the Modbar. Designed by Berni Aichner and Theodor Falser (Michelin-starred chef), our breakfast menu will surprise you and get your day off to a good start.

Dinner
Recharge your batteries at lunchtime with á la carte at PRENN°. The daily changing Light Lunch menu offers something for every taste and invites you to a new culinary discovery each day with both regional and organic products. Perfect for a light bite between meals.
Look forward to inter-cultural, alpine-Mediterranean “tapas” and special themed menus as part of exclusive dinner evenings at PRENN°. For you, for me, and for all who value fresh and high-quality products.
- OLM Dinner: culinary chef Berni Aichner surprises with a special menu. Always different, always extraordinary. Every Tuesday and Friday (4−course menu, price € 43.00/person).
- APÈRO Dinner: inter-cultural “tapas” buffet and show cooking. Every Wednesday and Saturday (Buffet & show kitchen, price € 29.00/person).
- OLM Local: traditional dishes from South Tyrol and the Valle Aurina with regional products in an Apéro style. Every Thursday (Buffet & show cooking with specialities from the Ahrntal, price € 35.00/person).
- OLM Special: gourmet menu to share. Highlight dinner to be enjoyed together. Bread to share and OLM Bowl. Every Sunday (OLM Bowl & Foodsharing, € 35.00/person).
- PRENN° closed day in the off-season: Monday.
The friendly OLM hosts Astrid and Berni prepare the drinks and dishes and serve you attentively with delightful creations.

OLM has received the KlimaHaus A certification. During construction, we not only paid attention to energy efficiency, but also to the environmental impact and the health and well-being of the residents. Other aspects relate to sustainable water management, indoor air quality and a healthy indoor climate, as well as the use of natural daylight.
