Our bright and inviting fitness and yoga area is the perfect place to keep moving—before breakfast, after a hike, or whenever you feel like taking an active break. For strength training, you’ll find dumbbells from 2.5 to 25 kg, kettlebells, a Dual Adjustable Pulley, and a Lat Pulldown Single Station. Cardio enthusiasts can choose from a treadmill, elliptical trainer, rowing machine, upright bike, and indoor bike—everything you need for a varied and effective workout.
Yoga lovers are equally well catered for, with yoga mats always available for your personal practice at your own pace.
