OLM is awarded the certificate for sustainability in tourism: the GSTC certification. The label is awarded by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council and is recognised as an international guarantee for sustainable tourism. This is accompanied by the IDM Sustainable Level 3 certificate.
KlimaHaus A
OLM has received the KlimaHaus A certification. During construction, we not only paid attention to energy efficiency, but also to the environmental impact and the health and well-being of the residents. Other aspects relate to sustainable water management, indoor air quality and a healthy indoor climate, as well as the use of natural daylight.
