Alpine Roots meet Asian Soul.

Alpine Roots meet Asian Soul

Two cuisines.
Two distinct signatures.
One new culinary dialogue.

From 19 to 30 October, acclaimed chef Michaela Frank joins our Head of Culinary, Berni Aichner, and his team to take Alpine produce and Asian flavours in an exciting new direction.

The result: a pop-up with a character all its own – full of unexpected pairings and a culinary programme available for a limited time only.

Two roots.
One signature.

Michaela Frank brings together Swiss produce and her Chinese heritage on the plate. The youngest Swiss chef to be awarded 14 GaultMillau points, she combines Asian flavours with an uncompromising commitment to quality, regional produce and a mindful approach to food – values that resonate strongly with our own.

What to look forward to:

Alpine Roots meet Asian Soul

No two evenings will be quite the same. One day may bring a multi-course menu, while the next invites you to enjoy a special apéro buffet. Throughout the pop-up, this programme will replace our usual culinary offering – with the kitchen taking a well-earned break on Sundays.

And because these twelve days are something we would love to share, PRENN° will also be open to external guests throughout the pop-up.
Reservations are essential, as places are limited.

Something special happens
when you dare to try something new.

Do it the OLM way.
