The name

OLM is South Tyrolean and means the alpine pasture, the alpine meadow and the infinite, always in the passage of time. Organic, self-sufficient and authentic – everything is in a cycle. At the OLM you become part of it.
A word about the developers
The architecture of our aparthotel in South Tyrol, with its round shape and the materials used in construction, is based on the cycle of nature and is reminiscent of a traditional millstone. The building, designed by AGA Andreas Gruber Architects, seamlessly nestles into the surrounding landscape and impresses, among other things, with its green inner courtyard. The resulting ambience is calming, grounding and pleasant.

Glass, wood and mineral surfaces characterise the interiors of the Urban Alp and create a harmonious symbiosis between modernity and quality of stay. The fan-shaped residential units of your boutique aparthotel in the Val Pusteria not only offer a play to stay, but also a unique experience – accompanied by a view of the Dolomites and the Valli di Tures e Aurina.
